The Herb Garden Guest House is situated in the friendly town of Colesberg in the Northern Cape. Relax in our stylish, individually decorated en suite rooms.

Each unit is self-catering and has its own entrance,safe and secure parking is also provided. Colesberg is a travelers oasis and on the main Cape Town to Johannesburg route (the N1 Freeway). The town lies in typical Karoo veld and is surrounded by hills and flanked by the famous Coleskop which can be seen from a distance of 40km.

Early traveler's called it Magic Mountain as it appears to get no closer. Colesberg was established as a town in 1822 and was named after Sir Lowry Cole. In sheep-farming area Colesberg breeds many of the country's top Merinos. It is also known for producing outstanding racehorses and still has a few stud farms, including one owned by legendary golfer, Gary Player.
